Work Experience
Since completing my Master’s degree in Mathematics Education from Tribhuvan University, I have been dedicated to inspiring students in their learning journey. Recognizing the rapid advancement of technology, I strongly believe that educators must stay updated with the latest innovations in teaching and learning. This realization has driven me to support and equip teachers with current educational practices to enhance classroom effectiveness. I bring over a decade of teaching experience spanning from elementary to university levels. My core teaching areas include theoretical and applied courses of Mathematics, Statistics, and Research.
With over 15 years of study and 10 years of practical experience in teaching pedagogy, I’ve been dedicated to inspiring educators toward more effective and engaging classrooms.
I have been guiding educators in enhancing their teaching practices by integrating digital tools across all stages of instruction—from lesson planning and classroom delivery to post-class reflection.
I lead educators through virtual and in-person training to effectively integrate AI tools that streamline lesson planning, develop teaching aids, design assessments, and improve overall teaching quality.
I have been empowering educators to design effective assessment plans and implement strategies that align with course objectives. This process includes ensuring need of curriculum and assure validation.
